You will be carrying an average of 15 hospital patients per day and will be doing rounds in our inpatient psychiatric units which are located in 3 different sites in close proximity to each other. You will also do 4 weekday afternoons seeing patients mostly for medication management in the office, Board and Cares and Nursing Homes.  You will also do weekend coverage every 3rd weekend.

Our psychiatrists have a full complement of support with 24-hour assessment services, 24-hour administrator-on-call and 24-hour PET Team services.
2. Contract Hospitalist ($250,000/year) with 6 weeks time off.
This position will be required to carry an average daily census of 25 patients in our inpatient psychiatric units and do one weekend coverage every 3rd weekend.  Additional weekend work reimbursement is $2500/weekend and additional outpatient work will be on 80/20 split.
3. Independent contractor: 80% collections to contractor with only 20% contribution to overhead (can generate between $250,000-300,000/year to contractor)
All our independent contractors do inpatient work in the morning and outpatient work in the afternoon.  You will be expected to take weekend calls once every 3rd week.  Independent contractors provide their own malpractice insurance.
4. Weekend Hospital Coverage ($2500)

Coverage starts on Friday at 8:00 PM and ends on Monday at 6:00 AM.  You will have an average daily patient load of 25 to do follow-up on and an average of 3 new admissions in our inpatient psychiatric units.  It would be 6-8 hours of work.
