Qualifications/Requirements:

• Needed for inpatient acute care psychiatric unit of Pacific Hospital of Long Beach (www.phlb.org)
  
  
• Will assist Clinical Director in the planning, implementation, evaluation and improvement of delivery of overall nursing care to patient on the units.
  
  
• Will assist Clinical Director in the supervision and evaluation of all nursing personnel on the unit.
  
  
• Will assist in conducting and developing nursing staff orientations and education.
  
  
• Will be the resource person for regulatory agency information as well as hospital policies and procedures.
  
  
• Current CA RN license and BLS certificate.
  
  
• Must have solid experience in an acute psychiatric setting.
  
  
• Must have lead or supervisory experience.
