Our nurse practitioner and psychiatrists visit Residential Care Facilities, Nursing Homes and Skilled Nursing Facilities to evaluate, manage and treat individuals who require psychiatric support through assessments, psychopharmacology, monitoring patient's condition and educating patient and family members regarding illness and achievement of the best quality of life. They also provide educational services to the staff of the facilities.
